Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Saul Rebolledo ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the TrackR mobile application ("TrackR", "the app"). By using TrackR, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
TrackR is operated by Saul Rebolledo as an independent developer. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at saulrebolledox@gmail.com.
2. What TrackR does
TrackR is a personal tracking tool for football (soccer) bets. Users record their selections (matches, players, odds, stakes) and the app shows real-time progress against live match data sourced from third-party providers. TrackR does not process real-money payments, does not place bets on behalf of users, and does not partner with any bookmaker. Stakes shown in the app are user-entered records for tracking purposes only.
3. Data we collect
3.1 Account information
When you sign in with Google or Apple Sign-In, we receive:
- A persistent provider identifier (Google ID or Apple user ID)
- Your display name and email address (Apple Sign-In supports private relay emails — we honor those)
- Your profile picture URL (Google only)
We do not receive your password, payment information, or contact list from these providers.
3.2 User-generated content
- Coupons you create (match selections, target stats, scope)
- Notes and stake/odds values you enter
- Photos you optionally attach to a coupon (stored on our backend)
- Your chosen public nickname, if set
- Your language preference
- Football matches you favorite
3.3 Device and diagnostic data
- A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to deliver push notifications
- Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics: stack traces, OS version, device model, app version. These do not include user-generated content.
- Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) shared with Google AdMob when you have not opted out via the OS-level App Tracking Transparency prompt
3.4 What we do NOT collect
- Location data
- Contacts, photos library (beyond what you explicitly attach), calendar, or microphone
- Browsing history outside TrackR
- Health, fitness, or financial-account information
4. How we use your data
| Purpose | Data used |
|---|---|
| Authenticate you and keep you signed in | Google/Apple ID, email, display name |
| Render your coupons and progress | User-generated content |
| Send push notifications about your selections | FCM token, language preference |
| Diagnose crashes and improve stability | Crashlytics device/OS data |
| Show ads (free tier) | Advertising identifier, app interactions |
5. Third parties we share data with
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics) — operated by Google LLC. See Firebase Privacy.
- Google AdMob — advertising. Subject to the App Tracking Transparency consent dialog on iOS. See Google Ads Policy.
- Apple Sign-In — Apple Inc. See Apple Privacy.
- MongoDB Atlas (database hosting) and Railway (backend hosting) — infrastructure providers; they process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
- iSports API — third-party sports data provider; we send only public match identifiers, never your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with bookmakers, betting operators, or any party not listed above.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data until you request deletion. Crash logs are retained for up to 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics. Backend backups are retained for up to 7 days.
7. Your rights
Under EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Object to processing or withdraw consent (with consequences: e.g. withdrawing sign-in consent prevents app use)
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email saulrebolledox@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and removes your coupons, notes, photos, nickname, and identifier links within 30 days. Push notifications cease immediately.
9. Children's privacy
TrackR is not directed at children under 17. The app's content involves bet tracking which is rated 17+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for prompt deletion.
10. International transfers
Our backend is hosted in the European Union (Railway EU region) and our database in the European Union (MongoDB Atlas EU region). Some third-party services (Google, Apple) may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or push notification. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
