Frequently asked questions
How does TrackR work?
You record your bet selections in the app — which match, what stat, what target, who you're betting on. TrackR pulls live match data and shows you in real time whether each selection is winning, losing or pending. There is no money flow in the app; stakes and odds are just numbers you enter for tracking.
Why don't I see any push notifications?
On iOS, check Settings → Notifications → TrackR is allowed. On Android 13+, the OS asks for permission the first time you open the app — if you said no, re-enable from Android system settings.
My matches are missing or scores are wrong
Match data comes from a third-party live-data provider. There can be a 5-30 second delay between the real event and the data showing in the app. Goal disallowed by VAR may flicker briefly — this reflects the upstream data, not a bug.
Can I change my language?
Yes — Settings → Language. We support Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your coupons, notes, photos and nickname within 30 days. If you can't open the app for any reason, email us and we'll handle the deletion server-side.
How do I remove ads?
Ad removal is not available in the current version. We're working on a paid option for the World Cup window. Watch the App Store updates.
I forgot my password
TrackR doesn't use passwords — sign-in is via Google or Apple. If you can't sign in, the issue is with Google/Apple, not us. Try signing in via their respective recovery flows.

Read our full Privacy Policy. Privacy-specific requests (data export, deletion, access) can also be sent to the email above with "Privacy request" in the subject line — we treat those as priority and respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.

TrackR is a personal tracking tool. It does not process real-money transactions, does not place bets, and is not affiliated with any bookmaker. Users are solely responsible for their own gambling activity. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, contact your national problem-gambling helpline.
